Astrologists believe that the sun, moon, and planets control the events that happen on Earth. They also believe that specific positions of these astronomical bodies on the time of a person's birth, shall dictate how their lives would go. In an attempt to find more meaning to what is happening to the world, astrologists dedicate their lives to the study of Astrology. They yearn to understand signs and connect them to daily existences.
Why do people believe in Astrology? Probably the most significant Astrological event that strengthens the importance of this science is the birth of Jesus Christ. If you are familiar with the story of the birth of Jesus, you will remember that it was the star of Bethlehem that called out to the three wise men. It was the specific arrangement of stars that directed them to the stable where Jesus Christ was to be born.
People believe that understanding of the sun, moon, and stars' alignment will provide the person with a better understanding about life and the future in front of them. Moods are altered by the behaviours of these structures. Many people have observed their moods to have been altered because of a full moon. By having a better understanding of how these structures can affect your life, you will be able to make sounder decisions.
Astrological science is best reflected on the horoscopes. It is basically a diagram of the positions held by these heavenly bodies during a certain individual's birth. There are twelve sections in the elliptic, representing the twelve signs. Each planet corresponds to a specific sign and depending on the date you were born, each sign has control over some aspects of your physiology, character, and temperament.
Astrologists believe that the world moves in a continuous cycle. This cycle is controlled by the astrological bodies and studies have proven this theory many times over.Murder rates rise tremendously during the full moon. Scientists, who have been studying this correlation closely, have found that the rates of murder incidences are high, most especially during the first and last quarters of the moon.
Bleeding is also more profuse during the full moon. Operations and surgeries should be moved away from the time of a full moon because of this.
Scientists have presented evidence that a good percentage of the crusades, wars, uprisings, migrations, and revolutions have occurred during the sunspot peaks.
Male births and births of children in general were also found greater during the time of the waxing moon. This information can be very helpful for those who are planning to have children and are having a hard time making this happen.
These are only examples of the many things in this world that the astrological bodies can control. Astrologists believe in the importance of closely observing these certain behaviours to be able to find out what the future holds. This knowledge has also paved the way for historians to understand how certain events came into being and how these events in history can affect what will happen in the future.
